Your recording stays on your device

When you choose Upload file, your browser reads the file and generates the transcript locally. We do not upload your recording or transcript. Closing or reloading the page clears the displayed result. Files you download remain on your device.

Network requests

Cloudflare serves this site and the model files. Your browser also downloads transcription software from jsDelivr. Like other web requests, these connections reveal your IP address to the provider serving the resource. Model files may be cached in your browser.

If you submit an Instagram link, you send the link to our Cloudflare relay, which requests the public media from Instagram. We do not keep a transcript history. The relay does not write access logs or save video files.

Advertising

We plan to display third-party advertising in the future. This site currently has no ad scripts. Before ads are enabled, we will update this policy with the providers, their data practices and the choices available to you.
